1 General Provisions

These terms and conditions govern the use of the c bajji platform and all services under it. This document forms a legal agreement between you and c bajji. By creating an account on c bajji or using any service on the site, you confirm that you have fully read, understood, and are bound by these terms.

These terms may be updated at any time. A notice will be posted on the site when changes are made. Continued use of the service after any change means you have accepted the new terms. c bajji's services are intended solely for personal use by individuals in Bangladesh, not for commercial purposes.

Alongside these terms, our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Guidelines also apply and form an inseparable part of this agreement.

2 Account Registration

To open an account on c bajji, you must provide accurate and complete information. Each person may hold only one account. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited, and if such activity is detected, c bajji reserves the right to immediately close all associated accounts.

2.1 Information Required at Registration

• Full name — as shown on your National ID or passport
• Date of birth — for age verification
• Active mobile number — for OTP verification
• Email address — for communication and password recovery
• Preferred payment method — to facilitate transactions

2.2 Verification of Information

c bajji may request supporting documents at any time to verify an account holder's identity, age, or payment method. If the required documents are not provided in time, the account may be temporarily suspended.

3 Age Requirements

All c bajji services — including casino games, sports betting, and live casino — are available only to individuals aged 21 or above. Documents for age verification may be requested at registration and at any time thereafter.

c bajji is committed to protecting minors. If it is established that an underage person has used the platform, the relevant account and all transactions will be cancelled and deposited funds will not be returned.

4 Account Security

The account holder is solely responsible for keeping their password and login details safe. Sharing your login details with anyone else is prohibited. c bajji will never ask for your password or full OTP code via email, SMS, or live chat.

4.1 Unauthorised Access

If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, notify the c bajji support team immediately via 24/7 live chat. If not reported in time, c bajji will not be liable for any unauthorised transactions.

4.2 Account Transfer Prohibited

Selling, transferring, or allowing anyone else to use your c bajji account is strictly prohibited. If such activity is detected, the account will be permanently closed.

5 Deposits and Withdrawals

The following methods are accepted for deposits and withdrawals on c bajji: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (for example: Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank).

Withdrawals must be made via the same method used for the deposit, unless specifically approved otherwise. Payments to third-party accounts or names are not accepted. Withdrawal requests may not be processed if the account has not been verified.

Before processing a withdrawal request, c bajji will confirm whether the wagering requirements for any associated bonus have been met.

6 Bonuses and Promotions

All bonuses and promotional offers on c bajji are provided under specific terms. Accepting a bonus means agreeing to all related rules, including wagering requirements.

6.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳15,000. The wagering requirement on the bonus is 25 times the bonus amount. Example: a ৳1,000 deposit earns a ৳1,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,000, and to withdraw you must wager ৳1,000 × 25 = ৳25,000.

6.2 General Bonus Rules

• Each bonus offer applies only once per person, household, or IP address
• The bonus balance cannot be withdrawn if the bonus terms have not been met
• A maximum bet limit on a specific game may apply when wagering with a bonus
• If any bonus limit is breached, c bajji reserves the right to void the associated winnings
• If wagering is not completed before the bonus expires, the bonus will be cancelled

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the c bajji platform:

• Opening or operating multiple accounts
• Registering with a false identity or another person's information
• Abusing the bonus system — such as placing coordinated bets to exploit bonus benefits
• Using automated software, bots, or scripts to place bets or play games
• Attempting to interfere with or bypass the platform's security systems
• Engaging in fraudulent behaviour towards other users
• Using funds from illegal sources on the platform
• Unfairly exploiting any technical error or bug

If any of these prohibitions are violated, c bajji reserves the right to close the account, forfeit the balance, and take legal action if necessary.

8 Betting and Casino Rules

All bets placed on c bajji are considered final. Once a bet is placed, it cannot be cancelled, unless it was accepted in error due to a system fault. c bajji reserves the right to refuse or void any bet if signs of suspicious activity are found.

8.1 Sports Betting

In sports betting, if there is an unexpected change to a scheduled event's time or result, c bajji has the authority to make the final decision on the related bet. Specific rules will apply for walkovers, abandoned, or suspended matches in cricket or football.

8.2 Casino Games

All casino services, including live casino and slot games, are operated according to the rules of the respective game providers. If a game is interrupted due to a technical issue, c bajji will make its decision based on the last reliable game state.

9 Limitation of Liability

c bajji makes every effort to keep its services reliable and uninterrupted. However, c bajji will not be liable in the following situations:

• If a bet or game is not completed due to an internet disconnection
• For delayed or failed transactions caused by a third-party payment provider
• If information is leaked due to the user's own negligence or to an unauthorised party
• If services must be suspended due to legal obligations or government orders

c bajji's maximum liability will never exceed the original amount of the relevant transaction.

10 Account Closure

10.1 At the User's Request

Any user may request to close their account via 24/7 live chat or email. It is recommended to withdraw any remaining balance before the request is processed.

10.2 At c bajji's Discretion

c bajji reserves the right to suspend or close an account without notice if there is evidence of a breach of terms, signs of suspicious activity, or any other reasonable cause. If a breach is proven, deposited funds may be forfeited.

10.3 Self-Exclusion

11 Privacy
